[development-axapta] Is possible? print a box in the whole page

Hi!:

I have an issue.
I need to print a box in the border of 
the whole page in SalesInvoice report
before everything be printed (I suppose
that I need to use a Shape control
in order to draw a big box).

How I can to do that if the pager header,
page sections, etc. have it's own 
specific height?.
