For questions like this, you will have better luck with [email protected]
or on the #drupal-support IRC chat channel.
Meanwhile, look at Twitter module http://drupal.org/project/twitter
for the Twitter thing, and URL Aliases (in Drupal core) to make custom
aliases or http://drupal.org/project/pathautho to set up an automatic
aliasing algorithm for URLs. Email subscriptions can mean lots of
things. Look at messaging, notifications, etc. to see what applies.

Hi,
I would like to add a few options in my Drupal theme that can be
configured by the administraor such as twitter username, rss feed
url and email subscripotion form code and so on. I understand
configuraiton of a theme is done under Themes > Configure [next to
the theme]. How do I add my own fields to that page for configuring
the theme?
Thanks in advance,
