Just an FYI, Earnie, in case you don't know Domenic, he is a Drupal Developer and was asking in a developer's capacity so that he could focus his future efforts on what the rest of our developer community is doing. As Domenic is a rocking' Drupal Profiles guru, among other things, I think we should all help to steer him in the direction we want him to go so that we can benefit from his code. Or steal it, like I do. ;)
And personally, I like the direction he chose with Rules + Flag.
