Hmm, that sounds like hardware failure... I don't think you can screw up
the software so badly it prevents all leds from lighting up.

In my experience, a faulty power supply often causes erratic behaviour
(Fonera not booting but lighting up random leds, for example). Still, it
would be worthwile to try a different power supply (perhaps you have one
of those universal power supplies lying around?). It should be a 12V
supply with the positive terminal inside the plug and the negative
terminal on the outside.

I'm not sure how warranty works, but I think it's best to contact
[email protected] about this, explaining the situation. Be sure to include
the MAC address of your router and FON account name (e-mail) as well.

This is what I was looking for. The list of packages installed seems
very short and limited to openwrt packages. Did you run ./install.sh
after making the checkout?
