Oh yes!, sorry I was not properly precise.
The interesting password to be diferent is the webGUI.
May be the webGUI and wifi could share the password, but bittorrent,
ftp, and other services share a different password.
But, I guess that the perfect situation is to have a service per user in
/etc/passwd and be able to have different passwords per services... :)

This is not currently possible. There is one password in /etc/passwd
that is used for access to the webGUI, torrent and ftp.
I'm not sure how easy this would be to change, but it should not be
impossible.
Note that the actual wifi (WPA) password is already separate from the
ones I mentioned above.
