In theory, it should be a matter of inserting the dongle into your 2.0n and then configuring your provider details by clicking on the "UMTS/3G" icon on the dashboard.
If that doesn't work, it's likely your specific 3G dongle is not supported yet. In this case, could you create a ticket on the trac asking to support this specific dongle?
