Setting up something like that would be nice. I'm not sure if I'm so
thrilled about Yahoo, though I haven't looked at them in a while.

I do think it would not be useful to get a separate mailing list, though
perhaps something web-accessible / forum-like might be useful.

As long as the group doesn't imply that it's officially supported by
Fon, you should be fine. Having said that, I'm happy to keep an eye on
the communication there and answer questions, of course.

On a related note: I still have a dump of the old wiki contents. If
anyone cares to set up a wiki, those could be imported (under some
conditions). There were some users that previously intended to do this,
but I suspect they've lost interest or never found the time.

Through this mailing list is a first step, and I'm happy to put up a
post on the fonosfera blog.
