Occasionally Fonera is not able to get DHCP address. This is occurring with a specific surfboard docsis 3.0 modem and a CAT5e cable. using same modem/cable i am able to get DHCP assigned IP address onto a very old buffalo router - but not onto fonera.
I switched to a regular CAT 5 (with two twisted pair in place of 4 tp) and it works.. Is that something of a known issue or some clues?
