oci-cli: Add missing dependencies

Hi,

just in case "someone" had problems building 'next':

I just added two missing archives to the sources - 'python3-wcwidth' and
'python3-prompt-toolkit'.

'make.sh downloadsrc' threw some errors... ;-)
