Are you able to push your patches into the gerrit code review tool at
http://codereview.qt-project.org ?

Patches generally can't be accepted unless the copyright holder has
signed a Contributor License Agreement (CLA), which is managed through
the code review tool. Loose patches to mailing lists or to the bug
tracker may not make satisfactory progress.
