Please find this advice for people who have left Nokia and find themselves unable to access JIRA/Gerrit with your former credentials:
"Nokia accounts are closed on departure from the company based on legal status considerations. Please create a new account in JIRA. You can then use the account to log into Gerrit and accept the CLA as an individual, or with the blessing of your employer. The former grant of rights inherited from Nokia employment, especially in Gerrit, is no longer valid. Existing Qt project right grants such as Approver status can be assigned to the new account as the association follows the person, not the electronic identity. Please lodge a JIRA request for the same in the QTJIRA project for JIRA elevation or the QTINFRA project for Gerrit elevation with your account identity (username preferred) indicated in the request." This has been true where the admins have been aware of the persons leaving Nokia, something the site leaders should have advised for all staff departures.
