Is it crazy/impossible to propose moving the QValidator class from QtGui to QtCore? I know it was initially designed for validating widgets, however I have a project right now (an ORM) that could very much benefit from these classes. It doesn't seem that the implementation depends on QtGui at all, but I'm a bit unclear what this would mean wrt BC/SC. Anyway, just a thought, figured someone would have a good answer.
