The license is not compatible unless it's in the public domain.

The Qt CLA requires any code to be submitted by the copyright owner only, 
except when the Chief Maintainer and Digia explicitly give their consent for 
import of third-party code.

In any case, let's not try and make decisions by ourselves. We ask 
contributors to submit via Gerrit, period.
