Well, this is one of the reasons why I think Qt containers should stay as is, with CoW, with the current QList, etc. (The main other reason is that I don't see them as being broken in any way. I can have a look, but I don't want to make any promises, I have lots of stuff on my plate, and fixing Qt code in classes whose source code I have (probably) never even looked at yet is not the most inviting task.
