FWIW I've had issues (and so had other qutebrowser users) with context menus appearing in a wrong place or not at all for as long as I remember with QtWebEngine. There have been various fixes in that direction, but as of Qt 5.14, I still see it happening. Unfortunately, I've never found a way to consistently reproduce it and it happens relatively rarely.
