+ 1 Couldn't be happier to back this nomination up. I'm impressed at how Axel never misses a chance to step up and help his colleagues if he can. His mentality reminds me of what Pippi Longstocking says – "I have never tried that before, so I think I should definitely be able to do that" – and frequently, he's right.
