Qt 6.8 status
* Qt 6.8.0 Beta2 is released, beta3 preparations are started
* The goal is to release beta3 from the next successful dependency
update round in the '6.8' branch
* The target is to publish Beta3 Tue 13th of August.
* Qt 6.8 API change review is still ongoing, see

* Updating 3rd party components for Qt 6.8.0 is also ongoing, see
