The issue is back. Cache fix for qtopenapi has been merged to dev. Cache fix
for Android is work in progress.

CI is currently blocked because we get “Too many requests” error for downloads
from maven repository.
We are working caching the need items, but it will take a while.
This is unfortunate situation as the feature freeze is today.
