Yes it is happening here as well. I'm not quite sure how, but each time I've
gotten it to work again with fiddling. Usually that means unplugging it for
an hour or two, then plugging it into the USB for 30-minutes and then trying
to use it. And I was pretty sure I had powered it off each time but I guess not.
It'll get figured out, but I wanted to add my situation to yours, for
statistical analysis.
