419, an "important bugfix".
I'm willing to do so, but given all the warnings about matching
uboot to hardware, I'd like to make sure my hardware matches the
uboot image before updating, and so far I've found no clear
instructions for doing so.

It's not a critical bug since you can erase the NAND using the
bootloader console.
If you aren't bothered about uploading your own firmware you can use
ipk to update your Neo to the latest packages.
