Not sure if this is duplicate information,
but you may need to do a 'nand erase rootfs', & 'nand erase kernel' from
the uboot console before flashing.
I hear newer versions of uboot may not require this, your mileage may vary,

Don't change the theme whatever you do, it breaks the interface
(well, makes it unusable).
