No need to write something. It already exists. This has been part of the Qtopia Neo since the first preview release for the Neo.

    Infact when i set the "stereoout.state " setting i can hear the
    ringtones
    but i can't hear me while calling. So it's better to have vibro for now,
    for me.

    Looking forward to have better improvements from the Qtopia's team in
    the near future.
