Try an old kernel/rootfs pair from http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Phase_1_Software_Testing because when the software was first released, on first booting we had to calibrate the screen by clicking on the X at certain points on the screen. If this doesn't fix the problem you may very well have a defective unit and should email [EMAIL PROTECTED] but it is more than 14days so they may refuse you help.
