On the subject of debug boards, I am currently working on an alternative board that you can use with a JTAGKey_Tiny to re-flash the Neo. Its just a glorified converter to connect the outputs of the JTAG probe to the test pads on the tip of the Neo.
Hopefully I will have tested it by the end of the weekend and it will have worked... Dan
