In a word, "don't." To the best of my knowledge, none of them actually talk USB, they just supply the voltage (if you know of one that I'm wrong on about this, let me know -- please!). The NEO power management only draws 100 mA unless it gets confirmation that it can pull the full 500, so it takes pretty much forever to charge using the wall charger. You really want to use the USB cable and plug it into your computer to charge. As far as I know, there is no significant difference between any of them.
