Same here (GTA01Bv4); After flashing Neo works like a charm. I also experienced the "distorted image", and was able to replaced the boot image with some guidance from the instructions at http://lists.openmoko.org/pipermail/openmoko-uboot/2008-January/000178.html (as noted here previously) grz, Onno
