Make sure your splashimage env variable is set correctly eg setenv splashimage nand read.e 0x32000000 splash 0x5fe0\; unzip 0x32000000 0x33d00000 0x96000 where the 0x5fe0 represents the size of the file when gziped. It should all be one one line and note the \; (slash semi-colon) which is correct (just in case mail clients munge it. Andy
