It's a rather soft material. I don't think it would be very easy to make scratches on the screen. At least not as easy as in acrylic glass like most non touch phones have over the screen.
Mine has no scratches (yet?), but i don't have it in my pocket all day with my key.
Others might have better luck damaging their screen. *g* Regards Tilman
