During "1.0 release prep" (R1607916) a bug was introduced to the
BuilderDataSource*.xml files of device-data.
These were previously all correct with a new, simplified DDR API packages:
org.apache.devicemap.simpleddr.* (as per DMAP-36)
However, after that merge, those package names were changed by mistake to
org.apache.devicemap.simpleapi.oddr.* (based on older OpenDDR pattern)
To match Device-Data 1.0.0, at least for its 1.0.0 release, the Simple DDR API
must apply to this mistake, trying to address this in a later version of both.
