If the User-agent data in those ZIP files was usable by API directly, it's best to look at the artifact repositories Lincoln and others suggested in a recent thread. Should it require processing to make it W3C DDR/DeviceMap compliant, then it may be best to check with Bertrand where the best place is in the DeviceMap code repo or file servers.
