-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi,
Try as I may, can't figure out how to add to the Incubator Reporting Wiki... I think the report should say something like this : *Three most important issues to address in the move towards graduation:* - -> I think the most pressing issues have been addressed and DeviceMapClient is ready for initial release, pending consensus on release details and Release Manager. *Any issues that the Incubator PMC (IPMC) or ASF Board wish/need to be aware of?* - -> None that I am aware of. *How has the community developed since the last report?* - -> Pretty quiet on the list, some informal chatter via Skype. *How has the project developed since the last report?* - -> OpenDDR Resource issue was conclusively resolved. - -> Extensive testing (hundreds of iterations through full set and various subsets of close to half a million unique user-agent strings) of all version (java & .Net languages) currently in the repository showed that DeviceMapClient is literally over a 1,000 times faster than any other currently available tool (milliseconds vs microseconds) with a fraction of the code. Accuracy (approaching 98%) can be improved with n-gram tokens in resource data instead of regex-patterns. I think this covers most if not all bases, but do correct me if I'm wrong. esjr -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.8 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://www.enigmail.net/ iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJSeqVlAAoJEOxywXcFLKYc730H/266ht078lwP9pvMOPp6byem 6map+hu1TLNVRyt0ojEtw8UJ02h+QSpOG3gKrjrJapKlWXQWEWvHG4+FpMzKW7Nb alIui+CRkTeU6dRBGgbZYC3luh3UQvKjm1BkutV8W/v/PKB/1b/jmPrwQ4xFAb/X VbxRviGl0QPJuVshN5Bf0HG5MsYoxFrekR8vk5UiBSmXJMfhiC43RKnsEPdFqVRn mqe2IK4iOD/M4Vphdh8/mWOYAkx6NZaT1Pf8gtDuzMrTV9ViY++jN4lxT4RVr3LR p45OyoM62/X0mKMbGCOCnTe89o/g3UAd4G+7IkvQkQkj+FioRJG384kdjKeE4ro= =EEPC -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
