I recall you are not in Europe at the moment, otherwise would someone else fancy going to ApacheCon Europe in Budapest this Nov?
My November is a bit busy, JMaghreb in the beginning and I was invited to Mobile DevCon in Hamburg in the same week as ApacheCon. Not even thinking about DevoXX, I might skip that, but it depends, if someone else from our (mostly French) projects proposes something there.
