you have to commit to https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/devicemap/ instead of the Sling folder mentioned there and the released artifacts should then show up fairly quickly at https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/devicemap/ -Bertrand
