Wiki still slow, but in R/O mode it seems to work. Sounds good. While Bertrand mentioned there's not an overwhelming number of mandatory duties for the VP, it would be great, if you (Reza) somehow made it to ApacheCon US next year. Given all other PMC members currently seem to be in Europe, hence it's a lot easier for us to attend things like ACE or similar conferences.
Organizers of the larger sibling event of this month's Mobile DevCon "light" invited me to help the Advisory Board of next year's Developer Week, so while I am only one of several people to review content, I might also offer something DeviceMap related there, or in case others in Europe should make it propose a joint presentation. The converence is "polyglot", with a strong .NET history, so e.g. Eberhard and the .NET Client could be very welcome at that kind of event;-) Werner On Mon, Nov 3, 2014 at 11:05 AM, Bertrand Delacretaz <[email protected] > wrote: > Hi, > > On Sun, Nov 2, 2014 at 10:13 PM, Reza <[email protected]> > wrote: > > So here is the resolution, please make sure everything sounds correct: > > https://wiki.apache.org/devicemap/Graduation ... > > It looks good to me, I have added my name as a PMC member as discussed > before, and the fixes that Werner and Radu requested have been done. > > As far as I'm concerned you could start the vote here - please copy > the resolution text in your vote email when you do. > > -Bertrand >
