CELF has a project proposal:

which I'm looking into performing as a contractor. This isn't an area
where I've done any work in the past, so I have a fair bit of catching
up to do.
I've seen in the list archives that Grant Likely has already been doing
some work in this area and am therefore wondering whether there is
actually any work that I could contract to do. Grant and others, would
you be willing/able to comment?
