You need to set the "Visible" property to "internal" in the account record
for any user that you you want to block from receiving outside mail:

/sbin/e-smith/db accounts setprop joe Visible internal
/sbin/e-smith/signal-event email-update

You need to have 4.1.x to get this feature.

That's been discussed previously. You need to force http through the
proxy, and you need to add authentication to the proxy.
