What is it
e-smith-isp provides a web panel in e-smith-manager and e-smith-admin,
that gives the user a button to click to initiate a connection to your isp. A
link leads to a configuration screen where you can :
1. set up connect and disconnect times for weekdays or everyday
2. a backup disconnect time, for manual connections that get forgotten about.
3. an override to stop the regular calls
4. optional e-mail notification to any user you specify when a connection is made
5. fetchmail is altered to collect mail each minute while the line is up
