I get the same thing, It appears to be that the SSL key wasnt generated.
An error in the http error log shows this.
I am trying to figure out how to generate a key. I re-installed 4.1b3 twice
and get the same results every time.
No access to the deafult web page, no access to webmail eventhough I enabled
it.
