We had a notice about strange times in the logs before. We were able to get *MOST* of the services to work properly by having it restart the syslogs, but there are some services which still log funny because they haven't been restarted (in your case dhcp, in my case it was sshd). A simple reboot of the system would do it, but better is a /sbin/e-smith/signal-event console-save command from the root login. This basically expands templates and restarts services (it won't do much other than restart the services). Then the logs should come up with the correct Singapore time. We were going to put 'restart all services' into the manager but it takes a fair bit of time to complete its operation (especially on older hardware) and it just seemed an unecessary thing to do. Try the console-save event and let us know how that goes.
