Doyle, many have it now installed and working.  I've also
updated the HowTo to make it clearer for those that are
not familiar with mySQL commands, and also implemented
a security fix Charlie brought to my attention.

You may wish to revisit the HowTo, download the updated
zip, print out the most current instructions and try again.

If you are having problems I suggest you state where exactly
your problem occurs and post back to the list for follow-up.
