I'm not sure how to go about this with MRTG / RRDtools, but I would also
suggest
the amount of mail queued on the server / size of the mail queue (per domain
?).
(mailq on sendmail and postfix, ?????? for qmail)
It depends on how much email you handle, but can be very useful if you have
more
than 1 internal mail server and or a number of clients.
