Message from 'Cron' about fetchmail

Sorry, I posted the question before, but without the subject (I forwarded
it, and something went wrong)

My question is what the next message means:
fetchmail: another foreground fetchmail is running at 18928.

I received the message from Cron, sent to root.

Does anybody know?
