I now have ncsa_auth or pam_auth both working.

I will update the how-to on my site and attempt to make an rpm to
do it also.


PS. are there any plans to fragment the squid templates?   I will
need to
do that to get the acl and http_access in the correct order.

So if anyone else is working on some other part of squid, let me
know and I
will try to make sure my changes don't conflict with that.
