I got the exact same thing. You also can't add new folders-Normally when
you send your first e-mail after installing 4.1 it creates the sent-mail
folder and puts a copy of the sent e-mail in it. So since it can't create
the sent-mail folder, it can't put a copy of the sent e-mail in it.
My e-smith server is a 3.0 ,upgraded to 3.1, upgraded to 4.0, upgraded to
4.01. At 4.01 I installed Dan's Webmail Addon , but didn't ever get it
working right(you could read your mail, but you got an error when you
tried to send-though I did get it working just fine on 2
other e-smith servers.) I did a fresh install of 4.1,then restored
my 4.01 backup. I've noticed that certain users don't get the
sent-mail errors- users created after the 4.01 restore. Also,
on my E-smith server, any user that is getting the sent mail
errors can be fixed by deleting the account, and setting it
up again. I also can't be sure but I think that all accounts
that are getting the sent-mail errors are ones that I had
edited the .qmail files on ,then upgraded (or it could be
because I restored from 4.01 with a broken Webmail addon.)

<For an E-smith demonstration for a client, I was playing a bit more with
<webmail and came across something strange:
<When I finally send a new message it comes to the following screen:
<Message sent successfully, ERROR: not saved to sent-mail
