Mine works...Here's a stupid question...
did you set the "Server Root" in Outlook Express?

To find out the server root, go to www/e-smith-manager
choose Directory.  There should be a server root that
consists of dc=<..>,dc=<..>

I'm sure you knew that, but...just in case!!!
