To Raymond, Dave, and all who expressed sadness at this senseless, cowardly
act
of terrorism, I say Thanks on the behalf of All New Yorkers.
I am a communications engineer/manager in NYC. I live in NYC. The
corporation I work for has (had) telcom facilities on several floors of the
towers. We cannot account for a number of our techs who monitor the
facilities 24x7.
My job take me into WTC often. In fact I was due for a visit later this
week.
The full horror can only be realized when the scene is viewed directly. You
cannot
help but let the tears flow. Other buildings close to WTC may also collapse.
Its just unbelievable.
