Hi all, Yesterday I reinstalled my e-smith server and upgraded it to SME server v5.0...yesyes...that's not shocking at all I guess :) But...and that's my question...is e-smith/sme server capable to auto detect if my harddisk can be run with hdparm (which is a sort of DMA I guess?)?? In the past I installed e-smith 4.1.2 and there I could enable hdparm and it was working quite well. Why is it now disabled by default and why can I not choose to enable it at a new setup?? How can I enable it afterwards??
