Why the short reply Gordon? Darrell passively posed a pretty good question: Can Service Link do this? Seems pretty relevant to me. One of the major issues with Service Link is that it's a big mystery until you buy it. The Service Link slideshow on the esmith.com site, while good to show management, doesn't REALLY tell you what's there.
