I have been working on adding some enhanced functionality to the sysmon package.
http://lordsfam.net/downloads/production/e-smith-sysmon-3.5/ The latest version should fix any problems a few of you have been having with sysmon dying. Also included are collectors for apcupsd stats (smart-ups tested, need others), and lm_sensors data. I have not written the graphs for these yet. I would like feedback on the collection routines first. If any of you have apcupsd installed and working, please install this latest update and check the /var/lib/rrd directory to make sure a ups.rrd file exists and that your sysmon daemon continues to run. If any of you have lm_sensors installed and working, please install this latest update and check the /var/lib/rrd directory for sensors.rrd and that your daemon continues to run. If any of you have had intermittent problems with sysmon stopping or dying please install this latest version and report back if the problem is fixed.
