Sassou, I got cacti running on SME 5.6. I downloaded and installed ucd-snmp-utils-4.2.5-7.3. Second, I noticed that the paths for the binaries have changed from /usr/local/bin to just /usr/bin.
Once I changed the paths to snmpget, snmpwalk, and rrdtool graphs started working.
